A.R.A GPS Systems, Inc. is a privately owned distributorship that sells & services GPS Tracking Devices, the Protector 911 Motor Club and Retail Payment Books (both Paper and Electronic).
Headquartered in Newnan, Georgia, at 2470 Happy Valley Circle, the founder, Larry Carter has extensive experience in the automobile sales, service & finance business beginning in 1972. Over half of this tenure has been spent in BHPH and Sub-Prime Lending. Larry is a past Ford-Mercury dealer principle, BHPH dealer principle and COO of a large regional Sub-Prime Vehicle Lender.
The GPS Tracking Industry is fairly new with the most manufacturers starting production in 2003. The industry came to life with the switch to the global standard, "GSM" Digital Cellular communications network, which is the new industry standard and will likely be the standard in our lifetimes and beyond.
